Long Distance OSP, Outdoor Plant Duct Installation.
The cable contains 96 color-coded SM G652D optical fibers and 96 color-coded MM OM3 optical fibers in 16 loose tubes, 12 fibers in each tube. The tubes are filled with a thixotropic gel to prevent the ingress of water and SZ stranded around a dielectric central strength member. Glass strength yarns reinforce the cable core and an outer jacket completes the cable structure.
Tubes color code:
1st layer 5 tubes with MM fibers: 1.Blue 2.Orange 3.Green 4.Brown 5.grey
2nd layer: 3 tubes with MM fibers: 6.white 7.red 8.black
and 8 tubes with G652D fibers: yellow
